Terms and Conditions for Living a Champion Life

Welcome to Living a Champion Life. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, programs, services, artificial intelligence features, and any related content. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Living a Champion Life’s website, resources, coaching services, AI features, or online communities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Our Services

Living a Champion Life provides wellness education, fitness programs, coaching, community support, and interactive AI-guided tools—including our AI assistant, Hey Coach™—based on the Sustainable Fitness Formula, How to Eat Food model, and Champion Lifecycle framework. Our content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not replace medical or professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Health Disclaimer

Our programs, including AI-guided advice, provide general fitness, nutrition, and mindset guidance but do not constitute medical advice.
Consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness, nutrition, or behavioral health program.
You assume all risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to injury, illness, or adverse effects.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Use our content, coaching, and AI support in alignment with your personal goals and abilities.
  • Do not share or distribute proprietary materials without permission.
  • Engage respectfully within our community, refraining from harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.
  • Do not misuse AI features (e.g., for malicious or illegal purposes) or attempt to manipulate or bypass usage guidelines.

6. Payments and Refunds

Certain services, such as coaching programs and AI-enhanced tools, may require payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Recurring memberships may be canceled by the user at any time through the account dashboard.

Champion Pact – First Month Refund Policy

For new members of ChampionRx™, we offer a results-oriented refund opportunity called the Champion Pact. This applies only to your first month’s payment and must be requested within 30 calendar days of your program start date.

To be eligible for a refund under the Champion Pact, users must complete the following within the first 30 days:

  • Participate in a ChampionRx™ workout program for at least 14 days
  • Complete at least one Deep Dive session with Hey Coach™
  • Create a custom meal plan with Hey Coach™
  • Track at least 10 days of habits in the app
  • Post or comment at least once in the ChampionRx™ community

These steps serve as proof of effort. Screenshots or app activity logs may be requested to verify completion.
Refund requests made after 30 days or without completion of the above will not be honored.
If you allow your subscription to renew into a second month, that renewal is considered an active continuation of services and is not eligible for a refund.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, software features (including "Hey Coach™"), and program materials, is the intellectual property of Living a Champion Life.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Living a Champion Life, its founders, affiliates, and AI services (including Hey Coach™) are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services. Participation and interpretation of AI feedback is at your own risk.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect data, including data used to personalize AI-guided experiences. We do not share identifiable data with third-party AI providers.

10. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Our AI services, including Hey Coach™, are designed to offer educational support, accountability, and personalized wellness guidance based on your input.
AI responses are generated based on predefined behavioral frameworks, not real-time human interaction.
While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be error-free or fully applicable to your unique circumstances.
Your use of AI tools signifies your understanding of their advisory role and your agreement not to rely on them for emergency or clinical decision-making.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services, including AI tools, at our discretion if users violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maine, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings within this jurisdiction.
