Hey, We’re Jesse & Stacey!
If there’s one thing we know for sure, it’s this—life moves fast.
One minute, we were knee-deep in raising kids, running a business, and squeezing in workouts between school drop-offs and late-night emails. The next? Our kids were packing for college, and we were standing there like, Wait… what just happened?
We’ve spent our whole lives in the world of fitness, nutrition, and performance—first as athletes, then as coaches, and eventually as business owners helping thousands of people take control of their health.
But here’s the thing: we’ve lived the chaos too.
We’re busy parents, just like you. We’ve juggled family, work, workouts, meal prep (some weeks better than others), and trying to remember what “free time” even feels like.
And over the years, we learned something really important:
👉 Most people don’t need more effort. They need a better system.
That’s why we created The Champion Life Cycle—a simple, sustainable system that helps real people (yep, even the busiest ones) build strength, energy, and momentum—without burning out.
How We Got Here
We met in college—Stacey, an NCAA soccer player obsessed with fitness and nutrition, and Jesse, an NCAA wrestling captain with a passion for strength and performance. Our love for health (and maybe our competitive streaks) turned into a partnership—first in life, then in business.
But before we got to where we are now… we took a little detour.
Between college and 2007, we both took government jobs that literally drained our souls. You know the kind—where you sit at a desk, stare at a screen, and wonder if this is what being an adult is supposed to feel like. We were grateful for the stability but craved something more. We wanted to help people, move our bodies, and do work that actually mattered.
So, we took a leap and opened our own training studio. Over 17 years, we coached thousands of people—from busy parents trying to get their energy back to elite athletes training for the next level.Â
We loved it. But we also saw so many people struggling with the same things—overcomplicated workouts, unsustainable diets, and burnout from trying to “do it all.”
And the biggest pattern we noticed?
The people who had the most success—the ones who built real, lasting health—weren’t just following a workout or a meal plan. They had the right mindset.
Why We Built Living a Champion Life
Through years of coaching, training, and working with thousands of clients, we realized something:
✔️ Fitness matters. But just having a workout plan isn’t enough.
✔️ Nutrition matters. But even the best meal plan won’t work if you can’t stick to it.
✔️ Mindset? That’s the game-changer.
We saw it over and over—the people who built resiliency, strength, and sustainability in their health were the ones who trained their minds just as much as their bodies.
That’s why we created Living a Champion Life—a system that doesn’t just teach you how to work out or what to eat—it teaches you how to think, how to stay consistent, and how to build the habits that actually last.
