Open your ChampionRx app, tap the kettlebell icon, scroll to Hey Coach, and type your question.
Try:
👉 “Hey Coach, how do I switch programs?”
👉 “Hey Coach, where’s my meal plan?”
👉 “Hey Coach, help me troubleshoot my login.”


🤖 Step 3: Use Our On-Site Customer Service Bot, Champ

Click the chat icon in the corner of your screen to start a conversation with Champ, our automated support assistant. It can guide you through common issues like:

  • Logging in

  • Updating your subscription

  • Accessing your program or library

  • Navigating the ChampionRx™ app

  • All Frequently Asked Question Responses

🛠️ Common Fixes You Can Try Right Now

🔐 Trouble Logging In?

  • Click Log In (top-right)
  • Click Forgot Password if needed

  • Make sure you’re using the email address you signed up with

📱 App Not Working Right?

  • Make sure your ChampionRx app is updated to the latest version

  • Try force-closing the app and restarting

  • Uninstall and reinstall if needed

💳 Need to Update Payment Info or Cancel?

  • Log in 

  • Click your profile avatar (top-right corner)

  • Select “Settings”

  • You can manage billing, update your subscription, and change your account info from there

📧 Not Getting Emails?

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders

  • Search for messages from “ChampionRx”

  • Be sure to open the ChampionRx™ app and check the 📢 My Groups section—everything important is posted there too!
