What' Next...

In 2007, we began building a business around our lifestyle. My-FIT-24 allowed us to share our talents, focus on our health, be there for our kids 24/7, and steer our own destiny. Over the past 17 years, we’ve cherished every moment with our family, attending all of our kiddo’s games, recitals, and tournaments, all while building the strong, healthy, happy community that is My-FIT-24.

We met at 19, married at 22, had two kids by 26, and started My-FIT-24 at 27. Now, at 43, as we approach an empty nest, we’re ever more excited about the future. This week, we announced the sale of My-FIT-24. This has always been part of our plan—a “someday dream” that became a reality. The timing is perfect, and it feels amazing to pass on the torch of something that we built together from scratch with our hearts, our energy, and for the community we love.

Since many people have been asking about what is next for us; Our plan is to rediscover our passions, explore new adventures, relish the freedom of being untethered to a location, and deepen our love for each other.

Knowing when it’s time to move on to the next phase of your life is crucial. Sometimes, it’s recognizing that a dream has been fulfilled and it’s time to set new goals. Other times, it’s understanding that your current path no longer aligns with your true self. Embrace change as a chance to grow and explore new possibilities.

Now that we’ve sold our brick-and-mortar business and our kids are headed to off college, we plan to fully dedicate ourselves to our "Living a Champion Life" brand. This includes coaching, events, retreats, our podcasts, and future endeavors like books and documentaries. Now, we have the time and freedom to commit fully to this vision that’s been building for years.
