I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Behavioral Change Specialist, and Nutrition Specialist with over 25 years of experience in fitness and wellness. My mission? To help people build strength, fuel their bodies, and shift their mindset so they can live healthier, happier lives—without the overwhelm. With a B.S. in Health & Fitness and certifications in Cardio Performance, Group Exercise, and Prenatal Yoga, I’ve dedicated my career to making fitness and nutrition simple, effective, and sustainable. For 17 years, my husband, Jesse, and I served thousands in our community at our brick-and-mortar personal training studio, helping people transform their health through expert coaching and real-life solutions.
When we sold our studio in 2024, we knew we weren’t finished. We wanted to reach more people in more places and teach the real, science-backed truths of fitness, nutrition, and mindset—cutting through the confusion and misinformation. That’s why we built Living a Champion Life, a system designed to take the guesswork out of health and help people create lasting transformation.
I also host the MotivateHer Mindset Podcast, where I share practical strategies and inspiration to help women feel strong and confident—inside and out.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me hiking with my best furry friend, Cali, exploring the world with my husband and business partner, Jesse, kicking around a soccer ball, and of course, getting in my own workouts. But one of my favorite places to be? Cheering on our kids—both NCAA D2 lacrosse players—from the sidelines and watching them chase their own dreams with the same passion and drive we’ve built our lives around.
