I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Correction Specialist, and Behavioral Change Specialist with over 25 years of experience in fitness, strength training, and mindset coaching. My passion is helping people move better, feel stronger, and create lasting habits that support a healthier life.
With a B.S. in Biology, I’ve spent my career studying how the body moves and performs. My background in athletics and human performance led me to develop training systems that focus on injury prevention, functional strength, and sustainable fitness. I love helping people correct movement patterns, eliminate pain, and build the strength they need for both everyday life and peak performance.
For 17 years, my wife, Stacey, and I served thousands in our community at our brick-and-mortar personal training studio, providing expert coaching in fitness, nutrition, and mindset transformation. In 2024, we sold our studio, knowing our work wasn’t done—we wanted to reach more people in more places and teach the real, science-backed truths of health and performance. That’s why we built Living a Champion Life, a system designed to simplify fitness and help people build strength for life.
We also had the opportunity to apply the Champion Life system to over 500 NCAA student-athletes as Strength & Conditioning Coaches, and the results were amazing. We saw athletes build strength, improve performance, and develop the mindset needed to compete at the highest level—reinforcing that the Champion Life system works for anyone ready to put in the effort.
Outside of coaching, I love hunting, fishing, and playing complicated board games with my friends. And of course, one of my favorite places to be is on the lacrosse sidelines, cheering on our two kids—both NCAA D2 athletes—as they chase their own dreams.
